Talk to a person

Questions about a test, your account, a payment or a refund all come to the same place. We reply within two working days, usually sooner.

How to reach us

Include the email on your account and, if you have it, the payment or order id from your receipt. That lets us find it without asking you again.

How refunds work is on the refund and cancellation policy, and how a pass reaches you is on the delivery policy.
