Digital access, delivered to your account

A Pro pass opens on the account you were signed in to as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a minute. The pricing and upgrade pages show it straight away, and so does every test and result.

If you renew while a pass is still running, the new one starts the moment the current one ends, so no days are lost.

If Pro has not opened an hour after you paid, email admin@innocorelabs.com with your payment id and we will sort it out or refund you, as the refund policy says.
